Samantha Struve | Associate
Samantha represents employees in a broad range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters. She is committed to protecting employees’ rights and works closely with clients to develop practical legal strategies while providing thoughtful, responsive advocacy throughout the litigation process.
Prior to joining Martin & Bonnett, Samantha served as a prosecutor in Seattle, where she gained significant courtroom and trial experience handling cases from initial investigation through trial. Her background as a trial attorney sharpened her litigation, advocacy, and negotiation skills, which she now applies to representing employees in complex employment disputes.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She is admitted to practice in both Arizona and Washington.
