“This lawsuit was my first real encounter with our judicial system. I was the class leader in a class action lawsuit against a multi-billion dollar Fortune 100 company. Susan and Jennifer along with co-counsel and his staff took my case and were relentless in pursuing a positive outcome to my pension issue. They worked tirelessly for more than 7 years, reviewing as many as 130,000 documents. Their experience and expertise allowed them to know which of those documents were pertinent and where to look for them.

I really appreciated that they were always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. My confidence in winning the lawsuit waned after a while. I asked them several times over the years if we should continue to pursue the case. Seeing Susan in court arguing my case was a stunning sight to behold. She was always well prepared and hammered home the findings which she backed up with facts in hand. She presented her arguments to the judge in a brief and to the point professional manner. More often than not, she would successfully rebut defense council’s arguments. I liken Susan to a lovely, highly intelligent Pit Bull. She went head-to-head against $1200 an hour New York attorneys and never flinched. They had no chance of wearing her or her team down.

Jennifer was the absolute best in researching and providing pertinent data for the case. She was confident yet pleasant, with a calming personality. She is highly intelligent, thorough, and detailed in every aspect of her job. She definitely instilled confidence in me throughout the proceedings.
