Mike believes that all workers should be treated fairly and he's passionate about advocating on their behalf.  

Mike litigates class action cases in state and federal courts across the country. His practice focuses on representing employees and retirees in cases involving violations of the laws that protect employees’ pensions and wages, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
