Jennifer Kroll is a partner with the firm and a graduate of the Arizona State University College of Law, where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class. In law school, Jennifer served as an Associate Articles Editor on the Arizona State Law Journal, earned honors in Legal Research and Writing, and received an award for best brief in moot court as well as the Ruth McGregor Scholarship for her efforts in employment law.
Jennifer also holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, with an emphasis in Collective Bargaining, from Cornell University's New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
She holds two leadership positions in the American Bar Association’s Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, serving as membership co-chair and co-chairing the Complex Litigation Subcommittee. She also serves as Track Coordinator for the ABA’s Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference.
