Ravi Patel is an associate attorney with Martin & Bonnett. He practices in the area of labor and employment law and employee benefits law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Arizona, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona, the Northern District of Texas, and the Western District of Texas.
Prior to joining Martin & Bonnett, Ravi was engaged in insurance defense practice as associate with the law firm of Kelly, Morgan, Dennis, Corzine & Hansen, PC., in Odessa, Texas, where his practice included defending corporations, municipalities, and employers in civil rights and employment matters.
Ravi is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Hon. James L. Noel, Jr., Endowed Scholarship. While in law school, Ravi served as an Articles Editor of the International Law Review Association, and participated in the IRS Volunteer Return Preparation Program. During law school, Ravi interned at the Dallas Regional Office of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, an independent, quasi-judicial agency in the Executive branch that serves as the guardian of Federal merit systems, hearing appeals of employment decisions within the agencies of the Executive Branch.
