Employment Discrimination

National Title VII Employment Discrimination Attorneys

Employment discrimination is still a sad fact of life throughout much of the country. Both private and public employees are still victimized based on their race, gender, religion, age, disability or national origin. At Martin & Bonnett PLLC, we diligently defend the rights of our clients and hold employers accountable for unlawful employment practices.

Civil Rights Protection Under Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes it illegal to discriminate or harass based on race, national origin, gender, religion or pregnancy. The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability and requires employers to engage in an interactive process to determine appropriate accommodations so that a disabled employee can work. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of age.

Assessing the Merits of Your Employment Discrimination Case

At Martin & Bonnett PLLC, we take the time to meet with you, discuss the facts of your case and evaluate your claim. Our job is to help you determine what happened to you, identify evidence to support your claim and analyze if discrimination played a part in losing your job, not being hired or promoted, or being subjected to work in an environment that encourages this mistreatment.

Appearing Before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

If we determine there is merit to your case, we will assist you in taking immediate action. We determine the specific claim and stand ready to assist you in filing charges of unlawful discrimination with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or appropriate agency.

Identifying Strategies to Resolve Your Employment Discrimination Case

Our firm’s reputation as one of the preeminent employment law firms in Phoenix and the southwest is based on our experience and record of accomplishment. Our extensive background gives us insight into analyzing your case to determine your rights and if remedies are available without having to file a lawsuit.
