Mark is an associate attorney with Martin & Bonnett. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law and employee benefits law.
Prior to joining Martin & Bonnett, Mark served as a law clerk to Honorable Earl H. Carroll, United States District Court, District of Arizona. During law school, he worked as an intern for Honorable J. Michael Eakin, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Pennsylvania State, Dickinson School of Law. While in law school, Mark served on the editorial board of the World Arbitration and Mediation Review and as an editor for the Journal of American Arbitration. Mark was also a member of the Religious Freedom Moot Court team and finished first in the Penn State ATLA Mock Trial Competition. As a law student, Mark organized a student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, focusing on public service, professional excellence, and personal ethics in practicing law.
